NRS 638.090 - Unlawful to practice without license.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 638.090 (2020)
It is unlawful for any person to practice veterinary medicine, surgery, obstetrics or dentistry within the State of Nevada without a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
