Chapter 637 - Dispensing Opticians
NRS 637.090 - Active license required for practice of ophthalmic dispensing or management of business engaged in ophthalmic dispensing.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 637.090 (2020)
A person shall not engage in the practice of ophthalmic dispensing or manage a business engaged in ophthalmic dispensing without holding a valid, active license issued as provided by this chapter.
