Chapter 634A - Doctors of Oriental Medicine
NRS 634A.250 - Administrative fines.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 634A.250 (2020)
In addition to any other penalties prescribed by law, the Board may, after notice and a hearing, as required by law, impose upon any person who violates any provision of this chapter or the regulations adopted pursuant thereto an administrative fine of not more than $2,500.
