NRS 634A.010 - Legislative declaration.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 634A.010 (2020)
The practice of Oriental medicine and any branch thereof is hereby declared to be a learned profession, affecting public safety and welfare and charged with the public interest, and therefore subject to protection and regulation by the State.
