NRS 631.3128 - Dental therapists: Limitation on number with whom authorizing dentist may simultaneously maintain written practice agreements. [Effective January 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 631.3128 (2020)
An authorizing dentist may not simultaneously maintain written practice agreements required pursuant to NRS 631.3122 with more than four full-time or full-time equivalent dental therapists.
