Chapter 631 - Dentistry, Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy
NRS 631.280 - Limitation on reexamination of applicant for license to practice dentistry who fails examination twice.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 631.280 (2020)
Any applicant for a license to practice dentistry in this State who twice fails to pass the examination of the Board is not eligible for reexamination within 12 months after the second examination was taken.
