Chapter 631 - Dentistry, Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy
NRS 631.150 - Grounds for removal of member from office.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 631.150 (2020)
The Governor shall remove from office any member of the Board for:
1. Continued neglect of duty.
2. Incompetency.
3. Dishonorable or unprofessional conduct as defined in this chapter.
