NRS 630.138 - Regulations governing supervision of medical assistants.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 630.138 (2020)
The Board may adopt regulations governing the supervision of a medical assistant, including, without limitation, regulations which prescribe limitations on the possession and administration of a dangerous drug by a medical assistant.
