Chapter 604A - Deferred Deposit Loans, High-Interest Loans, Title Loans and Check-Cashing Services
NRS 604A.581 - Prohibited fees.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 604A.581 (2020)
A licensee who has been issued a license to operate a high-interest loan service pursuant to this chapter shall not charge a fee for providing high-interest loan services that is prohibited by an applicable law or regulation of this State or federal law or regulation.
