Chapter 598 - Deceptive Trade Practices
NRS 598.39745 - "Primary ticket provider" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 598.39745 (2020)
"Primary ticket provider" means any person or entity who is authorized by a written contract with a rights holder to make the initial sale to a consumer of a ticket to an athletic contest or live entertainment event.
