Chapter 582 - Public Weighmasters
NRS 582.025 - General authority to adopt regulations.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 582.025 (2020)
The State Sealer of Consumer Equitability may adopt such regulations as are reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Any such regulations shall comply, insofar as practicable, with specifications, tolerances and regulations recommended by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
