Chapter 541 - Water Conservancy Districts
NRS 541.330 - Board may enter into contracts relative to payments to be made to United States.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 541.330 (2020)
To pay for construction, operation, and maintenance of works and expenses preliminary and incidental thereto, the board is authorized to enter into a contract or contracts with the United States or any agency thereof, providing for payment therefor in installments or otherwise.
