Chapter 541 - Water Conservancy Districts
NRS 541.120 - Quorum of board.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 541.120 (2020)
A majority of the directors shall constitute a quorum, and a concurrence of a majority of those in attendance, in any matter, within their duties, shall be sufficient for its determination, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
