Chapter 534B - Dissolved Mineral Resources
NRS 534B.130 - Penalty.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 534B.130 (2020)
Any person who willfully violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto or an order of the Division issued pursuant to this chapter is subject to a penalty of not more than $1,000 for each act or violation and for each day that the violation continues.
