Chapter 528 - Forest Practice and Reforestation
NRS 528.026 - "Thrifty trees" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 528.026 (2020)
"Thrifty trees" means trees with healthy foliage, a live crown ratio of at least 40 percent and a generally healthy appearance.
