Chapter 528 - Forest Practice and Reforestation
NRS 528.0173 - "Ground-based equipment" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 528.0173 (2020)
"Ground-based equipment" means mobile equipment, including, without limitation, tractors, dozers, skidders, excavators, loaders, mechanized harvesters and forwarders, that are used for harvesting, site preparation or slash hazard reduction.
