Chapter 498 - Skydiving Businesses
NRS 498.040 - "Student skydiver" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 498.040 (2020)
"Student skydiver" means a person who receives training to skydive and has not been cleared to self-jumpmaster in accordance with standards established by the Association.
