Chapter 496 - Municipal Airports
NRS 496.280 - Provisions of chapter do not limit municipal power to regulate airport hazards.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 496.280 (2020)
Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to limit any right, power or authority of a municipality to regulate airport hazards by zoning.
