Chapter 489 - Manufactured Homes; Mobile Homes and Similar Vehicles; Factory-Built Housing
NRS 489.772 - "Transferee" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 489.772 (2020)
"Transferee" means any person who purchases, leases or otherwise takes possession or attempts to purchase, lease or otherwise take possession of a manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built housing or any interest therein from a transferor.
