NRS 489.651 - Supplies of forms; disposition of fees.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 489.651 (2020)
1. The Division shall provide each county assessor with a sufficient quantity of application and permit forms.
2. The assessor or an appropriate officer shall remit one-half of the fee collected for the trip permit monthly to the Division for deposit in the Account.
