Chapter 489 - Manufactured Homes; Mobile Homes and Similar Vehicles; Factory-Built Housing
NRS 489.585 - Regulations. [Effective January 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 489.585 (2020)
The Administrator shall adopt regulations pertaining to:
1. The issuance of a certificate of ownership pursuant to NRS 489.562; and
2. The issuance and revocation of a certificate of ownership in beneficiary form and a change in beneficiary for such a certificate of ownership pursuant to NRS 489.564.
