Chapter 489 - Manufactured Homes; Mobile Homes and Similar Vehicles; Factory-Built Housing
NRS 489.4979 - Court order requiring payment from Account.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 489.4979 (2020)
After the hearing, if the court finds that a claim may be made against the Account, the court shall enter an order directing the Administrator to pay from the Account an amount within the limitations set by NRS 489.4975 and 489.4983.
