Chapter 489 - Manufactured Homes; Mobile Homes and Similar Vehicles; Factory-Built Housing
NRS 489.1017 - "Franchisor" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 489.1017 (2020)
"Franchisor" means any natural person or entity that owns the overall rights to the systems, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo or other commercial symbol of the franchisor and grants a franchise for their use by a franchisee.
