Chapter 486 - Motorcycles and Similar Vehicles
NRS 486.091 - Application from person previously licensed in another state; copy of record from other state becomes part of Nevada record; Department to furnish records to other states.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 486.091 (2020)

1. Whenever an application for a motorcycle driver’s license is received from a person previously licensed in another state, the Department shall request a copy of the driver’s record from such other state. When received, the driver’s record shall become a part of the driver’s record in this State with the same effect as though entered on the driver’s record in this State in the original instance.

2. Whenever the Department receives a request for a driver’s record from another licensing state the record shall be forwarded without charge.
