NRS 484B.747 - Operator of tow car to place warning signs when rendering assistance to disabled vehicle on certain roadways.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 484B.747 (2020)

The operator of a tow car used for the purpose of rendering assistance to other vehicles shall, when the rendering of assistance necessitates the obstruction of any portion of the roadway outside a business or residence district, place a highway warning sign 100 feet in advance of and 100 feet to the rear of the disabled vehicle.
