Chapter 474 - County Fire Protection Districts
NRS 474.540 - Activities of district to be separate from activities of other political subdivisions.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 474.540 (2020)
The activities of each district organized in accordance with NRS 474.460 or 474.533 shall be separate and apart from county activities and any other political subdivision in this State.
