Chapter 452 - Cemeteries
NRS 452.200 - Liability and penalty for unauthorized use or investment of funds.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 452.200 (2020)
Any member of a board of trustees or any officer or director of a corporation or association violating any of the provisions of NRS 452.160 shall be personally liable therefor, and shall upon conviction thereof be guilty of a misdemeanor.
