Chapter 450B - Emergency Medical Services
NRS 450B.060 - "Board" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 450B.060 (2020)
"Board" means:
1. In a county whose population is less than 700,000, the State Board of Health.
2. In a county whose population is 700,000 or more, the district board of health.
