Chapter 445D - Environmental Covenants (Uniform Act)
NRS 445D.090 - "Person" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 445D.090 (2020)
"Person" means any natural person, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, limited-liability company, association, joint venture, public corporation, government, governmental subdivision, agency or instrumentality, or any other legal or commercial entity.
