Chapter 440 - Vital Statistics
NRS 440.770 - Furnishing false information for certificate of birth or death.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 440.770 (2020)

Any person who furnishes false information to a physician, advanced practice registered nurse, funeral director, midwife or informant for the purpose of making incorrect certification of births or deaths shall be punished by a fine of not more than $250.
