Chapter 440 - Vital Statistics
NRS 440.760 - Alteration of certificate of birth or death.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 440.760 (2020)
Any person who shall willfully alter any certificate of birth or death, or the copy of any certificate of birth or death, on file in the office of the local or State Board of Health, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
