Chapter 440 - Vital Statistics
NRS 440.660 - Certified copy of record of birth or death is prima facie evidence.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 440.660 (2020)
Any copy of the record of a birth or death when properly certified by the State Registrar to be a true copy thereof shall be prima facie evidence in all courts and places of the facts therein stated.
