NRS 440.600 - County clerk required to report number of marriage licenses issued.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 440.600 (2020)
On or before January 10 and July 10 of each year the county clerks of the several counties shall transmit to the State Registrar the number of marriage licenses issued by them during the preceding 6 months.
