Chapter 440 - Vital Statistics
NRS 440.530 - Burial permit to accompany body.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 440.530 (2020)
The permit shall accompany the body to its destination, where, if within the State of Nevada, it shall be delivered to the sexton or to any other person in charge of the place of burial.
