Chapter 440 - Vital Statistics
NRS 440.140 - Preparation and issuance of instructions; use of other forms and blanks prohibited.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 440.140 (2020)
The Board shall prepare and issue such detailed instructions as may be required to procure the uniform observance of this chapter and the maintenance of a perfect system of registration, and no forms or blanks other than those so prepared shall be used.
