Chapter 440 - Vital Statistics
NRS 440.025 - "Human remains" and "remains" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 440.025 (2020)
As used in this chapter "human remains" or "remains" means the body of a deceased person, and includes the body in any state of decomposition and the cremated remains of a body.
