Chapter 432C - Protection of Children From Sexual Exploitation
NRS 432C.060 - "Commercially sexually exploited child" defined.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 432C.060 (2020)

"Commercially sexually exploited child" means any child who is sex trafficked in violation of NRS 201.300, sexually abused or sexually exploited for the financial benefit of any person or in exchange for anything of value, including, without limitation, monetary or nonmonetary benefits given or received by any person.
