NRS 417.020 - Creation; powers and duties.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 417.020 (2020)
1. The Department of Veterans Services is hereby created.
2. The Department is vested with the powers and authority provided in this chapter and shall carry out the purposes of this chapter.
