Chapter 414 - Emergency Management
NRS 414.200 - Coordinator of Search and Rescue: Appointment.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 414.200 (2020)
The Chief, with the advice of the Board, shall appoint an employee of the Division of Emergency Management of the Department of Public Safety as Coordinator of Search and Rescue.
