Chapter 40 - Actions and Proceedings in Particular Cases Concerning Property
NRS 40.630 - "Residence" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 40.630 (2020)
"Residence" means any dwelling in which title to the individual units is transferred to the owners.
