NRS 4.376 - "Residential confinement" defined.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 4.376 (2020)

As used in NRS 4.376 to 4.3766, inclusive, "residential confinement" means the confinement of a person convicted of a misdemeanor to the person’s place of residence under the terms and conditions established by the sentencing court.
