NRS 4.360 - Denomination of court; court always open; where held.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 4.360 (2020)

The courts held by justices of the peace are denominated justice courts. Justice courts have no terms and must always be open. Except as otherwise provided in subsections 3 and 5 of NRS 1.050, justice courts must be held in their respective townships.
