Chapter 398A - Revised Uniform Athlete Agents Act
NRS 398A.270 - Adoption of regulations establishing fees.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 398A.270 (2020)
The Secretary of State shall adopt regulations establishing fees for:
1. An initial application for registration.
2. Registration based on a certificate of registration issued by another state.
3. An application for renewal of registration.
4. Renewal of registration based on a renewal of registration in another state.
