NRS 391.160 - Determination of salaries: Standards for determining. [Parts of this section were replaced in revision in 2015 by NRS 391.161, 391.162, 391.163, 391.167 and 391.169.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 391.160 (2020)
The salaries of teachers and other employees must be determined by the character of the service required as described in NRS 391.161 to 391.169, inclusive. A school district shall not discriminate between male and female employees in the matter of salary.
