Chapter 390 - Testing of Pupils and Graduation
NRS 390.425 - Department required to provide written summary of provisions to school districts and charter schools; distribution of written summary to school officials.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 390.425 (2020)
Each year, the Department shall provide to the board of trustees of each school district and to the governing body of each charter school a written summary of NRS 390.350 to 390.430, inclusive. Upon receipt of the written summary, the board of trustees or governing body, as appropriate, shall provide a copy of the written summary to all other school officials within the school district or charter school.
