Chapter 39 - Partition of Real Property and Mining Claims
NRS 39.030 - Lienholders not of record need not be made parties.

Persons who have or claim any liens upon the property by mortgage, judgment or otherwise, need be made parties to the action, unless such liens be matters of record.
