Chapter 388G - Alternative School Management
NRS 388G.555 - "Specialty school" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 388G.555 (2020)
"Specialty school" means a public school that operates as a magnet school or program, a school or program for career and technical education, a school or program for special education or an alternative program of education.
