Chapter 388 - System of Public Instruction
NRS 388.789 - Superintendent of Public Instruction required to ensure Commission carries out duties successfully.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 388.789 (2020)
The Superintendent of Public Instruction is responsible for ensuring that the duties and responsibilities of the Commission set forth in NRS 388.780 to 388.815, inclusive, are carried out by the Commission successfully.
