NRS 387.225 - Money for schools to be received and disbursed by tax collector or county treasurer without fee.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 387.225 (2020)
No tax collector or county treasurer shall receive any fees or compensation whatever for collecting, receiving, keeping, transporting or disbursing any public school moneys.
