Chapter 387 - Financial Support of School System
NRS 387.015 - State Treasurer custodian of securities; liability on bond.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 387.015 (2020)
The State Treasurer shall be the legal custodian of all securities in which the moneys of the State Permanent School Fund are or may hereafter be invested. The State Treasurer shall be liable on his or her official bond for their safekeeping.
